August is the wettest month here, averaging eight inches in total. We have three and a half so far. When it rains, it is usually heavy but does not last long. Very rarely is the whole sky one mass of indeterminate grey.
So I haven’t had to water much the last few days. Unfortunately, an anole leaped into our watering can recently, and then drowned. I dumped the water out, and hopefully something hungry has found the morsel of lizard left in the grass. I’m not sure what around here only catches live prey, and what will take already dead creatures. We haven’t seen the snake in a while, nor the bunny rabbit. Not that the rabbit would be interested in dead lizard.

That’s one of the reasons I pay Sid. He keeps an eye out for things like that. Why just today, he was very anxious to go outside so he could keep some imaginary rodents out of the yard. Without him, I would be over run with all manner of imaginary pests.
I notice that the killer rabbit in your very interesting video was attacked *before* it made any attempt to decapitate anyone. I would say that this was then self defense, and that if instead the noble knights had politely asked for directions, maybe offered a carrot or lettuce, things would have gone much more smoothly. I mean, what would you do if some stranger came running at you with his sword drawn?
That is an excellent point. I hadn’t thought about that. Though, if its a killer rabbit, I would have offered it a cow or something.
Still, I agree. The knights were clearly the aggressors.
Oh, yes, a cow is a much better idea. Maybe a cow carrying a basket of carrots. It is, after all, not a normal rabbit.
If, however, the killer rabbit was related to Bun-Bun, then they should instead offer baywatch videos, and still run away.
I don’t know if you have been keeping up, but Bun Bun and Oasis finally had a knife fight. Bun bun ended up badly burnt. Also, looks like one of the main character’s is dead.
